We emphasise on quality control where product(s) are checked for good condition before delivery to you. However, there are occasions where mistakes happen. Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered and the customer wishes for return and exchange, please notify us. Strictly no refunds after purchase!

Please be advised that your product warranty validity is only 1 year from the date of purchase. There may be some faults are not covered under warranty and will be chargeable. You are responsible for taking care of the product until they reach us and please ensure all packaging are intact as per original packaging. Should the returned product we receive is damaged during shipping handling (where it is beyond our control, not due to logistic partner or our fault or negligence), you may be charged for the repair of the products. You may consider adding additional wrapping material to avoid damages during the return shipping to us.
